The California Highway Patrol is searching for a missing Los Angeles man suffering from dementia who could be in Kern County.
A Silver Alert was issued Thursday for Dennis Cutting, 76, who was last seen in the 22800 block of Vanowen Street in the city of West Hills on March 26. He was traveling in a 2013 black Ford Focus with a license plate 6ZIU084.

Cutting is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 115 pounds, with gray hair, blue eyes and glasses. He was last seen in a gray jacket, blue jeans and brown shoes.
