Police have released a composite photo of a man they say made inappropriate comments to a pair of girls near Chester Avenue and West Columbus Street.

They say it happened Thursday. They also say the man frequents the area.

He is described as a white man in 40s or 50s, is about 5-foot-10, weighs 170 pounds and has shoulder-length black and gray hair.
