A felon who stole a vehicle and took credit cards and checks from burglarized vehicles has been sentenced to 55-years-to-life in prison.

41-year-old Jose Lara victimized 10 people between May and July of last year. He also robbed a woman in the parking lot of a Bakersfield motel with 31-year-old Adalberto Bravo.
