Sheriff’s investigators say they’ve obtained surveillance footage of a missing 16-year-old girl from Wofford Heights who is believed to have run away with 47-year-old man two weeks ago.

Amber Woolwine, according to a Kern County Sheriff’s Office press release, was spotted at a Valencia shopping center with Max Kozak, and both have changed their appearance.

Woolwine was last seen in the Wofford Heights area during the morning of June 11.
