Bail is set at $340,000 for a man accused of running away with and having sex with a 16-year-old girl from Wofford Heights.

47-year-old Max Kozak pleaded not guilty to 13 felonies Tuesday.

Investigators say Kozak is using an alias.

He was found with the child last month near Amarillo, Texas.
