Bakersfield Police have arrested a man they think broke into two homes to rob them, sexually assaulting one woman and trying to assault another. The first attack around 1:30 Sunday morning was on New Stine Road near Fjord Street, the second was on Kirkside Drive around 8:00. Suspect Abel Palafox and the vehicle stolen from the second home were found in Santa Maria.
