Bakersfield Police are searching for the man who robbed a Dollar Tree store at gunpoint.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of cash just after 6:00p.m. Monday and fled to a nearby Lowes hardware store. Deputies evacuated that store but were unable to find the thief.

The suspect is 5’9″ and 150 pounds. He was wearing a black mask and all dark clothing. The gun he used is a silver semi-automatic.
