The California High Speed Rail Authority board has adopted the latest business plan. The board accepted the draft 2016 plan after considering changes that were brought about from public comment. Language is being added to the draft plan that says the goal is still to have the rail in Bakersfield as part of the initial route although an interim train station in Wasco will be used at first.
