A suspect has been identified in a hold up and shooting at the Fastrip Store on Main Street in Lamont.

A $1,000,000 warrant his been issued for Raphael Lopez who is known to frequent the area. A deputy tried to stop the suspect after the shooting Sunday morning, but he sped away while throwing a shotgun out of his truck.

The victim is recovering at Kern Medical.
