A pair of suspected citrus thieves have been bagged.  The Kern County Sheriff’s Rural Crimes Unit had been looking into last week’s case of a van full of stolen oranges found stuck in a grove near McFarland. Investigators tracked down 40-year-old Alma Duran and 33-year-old Julio Gutierrez-Montes of Bakersfield as the suspects. They face grand theft of citrus.
