A man is dead and a teenage girl is wounded from a shooting outside the Green Hut pot shop on South Union Avenue at Terrace Way.

Bakersfield Police say the shooting happened around 1:45 Wednesday morning as the suspect walked up to the victims’ car and fired multiple rounds inside the vehicle. He may be driving a red Lincoln Navigator.
