Results are not final yet for the 21st Congressional district race for second place.The race is between Emilio Huerta and Daniel Parra, with Parra leading by a single percentage point. County elections officials have until July 8th to tally 2.6 million uncounted ballots statewide and report to Sacramento to see who takes on incumbent David Valadao in November. Perhaps worth noting that the combined votes for Huerta and Parra, both Democrats, is 8,000 fewer than what Republican Valadao received Tuesday.
