Cal State University-Bakersfield is getting a share of a grant to produce more teachers. The Bechtel Foundation announced Monday they’re providing $10 million to the five Central Valley CSU campuses and their partner school districts to expand K through 8th grade teacher development. The amount for each campus depends on how many teachers they produce.
