Bakersfield police have arrested three men on a weapons charge after finding a loaded semi-automatic pistol as they were busted for spray painting graffiti near Foothill High.Eighteen-year-olds Guillermo Soto, Jose Iniguez, and Jacob Garcia were spotted vandalizing a building on Monica Street early Thursday morning. They also face gang charges.
