Sheriff Donny Youngblood says it appears likely that a man killed by a bullet that came through the door of his apartment is the victim of the nearby shooting at a teen party that wounded 14. 21-year-old Miguel Bravo was found dead in his apartment on Belle Terrace July 18th, two days after the violent party in south Bakersfield.
