A Bakersfield man has pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter in the strangling of a man who was dumped in a recycling bin.The body was found by someone looking for recyclables at South H Street and Wilson Road. 52-year-old Peter Garcia accepted the plea deal Thursday for the October 2014 death of 34-year-old Efron Estrada. Garcia had been originally charged with first-degree murder and will be sentenced October 6th.
