The man who the CHP says was speeding and caused a double-fatal accident has been named.One of those killed at Rosedale Highway and the Mohawk Extension has been identified as 25-year-old Johnathan Hargrave of Bakersfield. He died early Friday when he hit another car and careened into a battery store causing his car and the building to burst into flames. A 28-year-old man in the other car also died but has not been named.
