Four men convicted of robbing the Golden West Casino on Union Avenue in Bakersfield will be re-sentenced after a judge ruled they do not deserve a third trial. Wednesday’s decision found the prosecutor in the 2007 robbery case did not intentionally force a mistrial for Jajuan Bell, John Williams, Lynell Lewis, and Deon Josep.
