The Campus Gamers Club at Cal State Bakersfield is raising money for the local children’s hospital.The club is hosting a day of gaming Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Club founder Ed Webb says the event at the Student Union has something for all gamers, including video, board, card and table games. The Extra Life Gaming event requires a minimum donation of $20 with all money going to the Lauren Small Children’s Center at Dignity Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. There will be special Cosplay appearances including Ghostbusters from L.A. and a local Star Wars club.
