Seven people are displaced after an accidental fire that started in a clothing dryer in a southeast Bakersfield home.

It happened after 2 p.m. on Friday on Pansy Court, southwest of White Lane and South H Street.

Firefighters say it caused around $20,000 damage. No injuries were reported.
