A pair of Bakersfield brothers face up to five years in prison after pleading guilty in federal court.The two were charges with failing to report large cash transactions to the IRS. 51-year-old Ramiro Catano and his 49-year-old brother Tereso entered the plea Monday after undercover agents twice bought vehicles from their car lot using cash. The agents said the money had come from drug sales.
