Steel workers wanting better pay and safer work conditions have staged walk-outs at two of California’s largest refineries.

Workers formed picket lines outside Tesoro refineries in Carson and Martinez on Monday.

The Central Valley Business Times reports walk-outs haven’t taken place yet at either of Bakersfield’s four Tesoro refineries.
