A man is recovering at Kern Medical after being shot by Tehachapi police. Officers responded at 10:20 Wednesday night to a suspicious person in a vehicle on Capital Hills Parkway, the man ran into a field and was shot twice after being chased. No other details are being made available and the District Attorney’s office is investigating.
