A Wasco man faces numerous charges following a SWAT standoff involving a child.36-year-old Martin Torres Leon faces counts of criminal threats, brandishing a firearm at officers and child endangerment after Monday’s five-hour standoff on Birch Avenue in Wasco. Deputies were called to a family disturbance around 1:00 PM and a 10-year-old girl was inside the house with him. The girl eventually got away, Leon surrendered around 6:00 PM.
