The DMV will boost Saturday and some weekday appointment slots to accommodate an increase in foot traffic seen at field offices since AB 60 went into effect.

They’re expecting to serve 1.4 million new customers this year because of the new law, which lets people in the country illegally apply for driver’s licenses.
