An inmate who walked away from North Kern State Prison in Delano has been arrested and returned to his cell. 31-year-old Daniel Salazar was discovered missing the night of November 3rd during a head count and was found at a homeless encampment. He had been serving a three-year eight-month sentence for robbery and identity theft.
