Two men who were arrested after a meth lab was found at a southwest Bakersfield home have taken plea deals. 22-year-old Armando Salto pleaded no contest to manufacturing and having a controlled substance while 25-year-old Jose Solis admitted to kidnapping and beating his girlfriend during last year’s incident. Sentencing is next month.
