Bakersfield Police have arrested a suspected gang member for killing a man and wounding a 17-year-old girl during a shooting at Heritage Park. The victims were found Saturday morning at Kern Medical next door, where the man later died.

19-year-old Guillermo Soto is also facing attempted murder and firearms charges.
