Cal State Bakersfield says LA Dodgers first-baseman and National League Rookie of the Year Cody Bellinger will be the keynote speaker at their fifth annual Hot Stove Dinner. The event is scheduled for January 20th at the Kern County Fairgrounds and proceeds benefit the Roadrunners baseball program.
