The Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce has named Carla Musser their chairwoman for 2018. She’s the manager of policy, government and public affairs for Chevron and replaces Derek Abbott a vice president at Tejon Ranch Company. She’ll serve in an advisory role for the networking organization.
