The Domino’s Pizza on North Chester Avenue in Oildale has re-opened after it had closed when an inspector found signs of a rat infestation inside. The facility was given an 81-percent score late Friday afternoon from Kern County Environmental Health. Other violations included a leak from the ceiling panel.
