Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help finding a man that robbed an east Bakersfield restaurant at knifepoint.

It happened just after 9 p.m. on Feb. 15 at Chapos Tacos de Tijuana on Niles Street, and they say the man may have burglarized the same restaurant two months ago.

They say he fled the scene through a back door after threatening a worker with the knife.

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office says he was walking with a cane, and has a cross tattoo on his right hand and another tattoo on his left hand.
