Two men in east Bakersfield are recovering after they were attacked Friday morning by four mixed-breed dogs on Moore Street. The sheriff’s office says deputies shot two of the animals, one of them was killed. One of the victims was bitten on both arms and legs, the other had minor bites to his hands.
