Two people who were swept up during raids targeting the West Side Crips in Bakersfield have pleaded no contest to participating in a street gang. Kashaunte Deloney also pleaded no contest to a burglary while Jervern Weldon admitted to being an accessory. They will be sentenced March 22nd.
