A man accused of killing his motorcycle passenger in a wreck near Taft is scheduled to stand trial in April. Prosecutors say 31-year-old Ronald Marshall was under the influence when he swerved off Highway 119 at Midway Road in 2014, ejecting Christopher Dross in and running from the scene, but returning a short time later.
