The Kern County Coroner’s Office says the passenger in a truck that died in a rollover in the Highway 178 construction zone near Morning Drive east of Bakersfield is a 38-year-old Fresno man.

Miguel Reyes-Flores died at the scene after the eastbound semi wrecked between Fairfax Road and Bedford Green Drive.
