Bakersfield Police are investigating an early morning hit and run collision where a woman was killed. The victim was walking on Ming Avenue just after 2:00 a.m Saturday when she was struck by a unknown driver near South P Street. The speed limit in that area is 40mph, there is no information regarding the suspect vehicle at this time.
