The retired realtor who’s charged with running down three spectators at the Bakersfield Christmas Parade is back in jail on suspicion of another DUI, and his bail is set at a million-dollars. The Sheriff’s Booking page shows 72-year-old Alan Booth was arrested around 6:30 Wednesday night on Oak Street near 21st Street, and the new charges include driving on a suspended license. Booth previously pleaded not guilty to the collision December 7th where three men were seriously hurt, court records show his Blood Alcohol Level that night was three times the legal limit.
