A man who was allegedly taking pictures of kids at Beach Park is now facing charges that include annoying a child younger than 18. Bakersfield Police Sgt. Eric Celedon says 37-year-old Andres Eubanks was caught on Monday as he drove away from the scene, and their investigation revealed more disturbing behavior.

Park rangers are credited with taking the report and broadcasting the suspect’s vehicle description to police, who stopped Eubanks near Truxtun Avenue. He was also cited for driving on a suspended license.
