A Bakersfield man faces charges after allegedly sending sexual messages to a Porterville minor. On Monday, Porterville police arrested Eladio Lara, 22, after serving a search warrant at his house in the 600 block of L Street in Bakersfield. He’s charged with contacting a minor for sexual purposes, sending harmful material to seduce a minor, and possession of child sexual abuse material. He’s being held in Tulare County on $95,000 bail.
