A hearing on a domestic violence restraining order filed against former county supervisor Zack Scrivner has been postponed. Monday’s proceeding was the first since August when Scrivner appeared via Zoom to agree to paying monthly child support to his four children. Sheriff’s deputies went to Scrivners’ home in Tehachapi April 23 where Scrivner had reportedly been involved in a physical altercation with his children over allegations involving a preteen. He has not been charged with a crime; but a restraining order prevents him from contacting his children. Scrivner resigned from the Board of Supervisors on Aug. 2 for health and medical reasons.
