A Bakersfield man found guilty of felony DUI charges after a crash that injured a man and his wife will spend a year in jail. Sean Tokash, 25, will also be on probation for five years after the accident in April 2023 where the passengers in his car were injured when he ran a red light on Calloway Drive and struck another vehicle at Olive Drive. Tokash was convicted last month of two counts of DUI causing injury. A couple in the other vehicle suffered injuries including broken vertebrae.
