We know the identity of a truck driver who died when his big rig crashed into the California Aqueduct south of Bakersfield. Raul Navarro, 32, of Calexico, Mexico, died inside a semi that was nearly totally submerged in the water when Highway Patrol officers responded December 22 to the scene on Northbound Interstate 5 near Laval Road. The CHP is investigating the accident.
