A 32-year-old convicted felon is behind bars after being arrested for allegedly having a gun and drugs during a traffic stop at an east Bakersfield park. Jose Cancino was pulled over by park rangers at Heritage Park December 28 where officers say they found a loaded gun, drugs, and paraphernalia inside his car. Cancino is being held on $10,000 bail and is due in court January 10.
