convict cusses at kern county judge

Cursing at the judge made no difference in a Kern County courtroom when convicted killer Tyquez Baker, 25, yelled obscenities and told the bench he “can’t wait to get out of this jurisdiction.” Judge John Ogeslby sentenced Baker to 80 years to life on Tuesday before removing him from the courtroom. The drama occurred in connection to a random shooting that left Glen Henderson, Jr., 26, dead as he slept in a car parked at Beale Park in 2020. Prosecutors say the men did not know each other and had no interaction before Baker shot Henderson in a well-planned killing. The judge told Baker he made one big mistake: keeping the murder weapon.
